Our kitchen offers a wide range of dishes that celebrate the Sicilian tradition:

Starters: A selection of seafood crudités, Mustaccun-style fish caponata, and other delicacies prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
First Courses from the Land: Mustaccun meat ragù maccheroncini, spaghetti alla carbonara, and pasta alla Norma, prepared with passion and respect for tradition.
First Courses from the Sea: Spaghetti with clams, busiata with swordfish and mint, trofie with mussels and clams, pappardelle with prawns and homemade basil pesto mousse, trofie with prawns and pistachio, for an authentic culinary experience.
Main Courses from the Land: Homemade cutlet, sausage with salt and pepper, seasoned sausage, grilled capocollo, mixed grilled meats, and rib-eye steak, to satisfy every palate.
